Aquatic Therapy (Lafayette Clinic)
Aquatic therapy combines physical therapy and the buoyancy of water to support the limbs and joints of the body in order to relieve weight-bearing stress during rehabilitation. It provides our patients the ability to move which improves flexibility and reduces pain. Our Aquatic and Wellness Fitness Center in Lafayette has two indoor heated pools that provide the most effective aquatic therapy available to our patients allowing them to take advantage of the many benefits that aquatic therapy offers.
Pilates (Lafayette Clinic)
Pilates is a method of conditioning the body through resistance-controlled exercises. These exercises stretch and strengthen the muscles, open the joints, and releases tension throughout the body. Pilates’ focus is on abdominal (core) control through breathing and on pelvic stabilization. By controlling the abdomen, Pilates strengthens the muscles in the back, hips, and stomach to support the spine.
Massage Therapy (Lafayette Clinic)
Massage therapy can help relax and refresh tired and tender muscles and joints. We offer soft and deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, and Myofacial Release to assist in your recovery or as a part of you fitness/wellness regimen.

Functional Dry Needling (All Clinics)
Trigger Point Dry Needling is a physical therapy treatment for muscular tightness and spasm, which commonly follows injuries and often accompanies the degenerative processes. Functional Dry Needling involves insertion of small, thin needles into the muscles at the irritable trigger points causing pain referral, the muscles then contract and release; therefore, improving flexibility of the muscles and decreasing symptoms. Functional Dry Needling is provided by Clark LeBlanc, PT, OCS.
